Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive link-building strategies, including guest posting, niche edits, local sponsorships, digital PR, citations, and authority link acquisition.
  • Conduct competitor backlink analysis to identify strategic link opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Build and nurture relationships with publishers, site owners, and journalists to maximize link acquisition potential.
  • Lead outreach efforts by crafting compelling messaging that drives engagement and fosters long-term partnerships.
  • Mentor and manage junior team members, ensuring quality and consistency across campaigns.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with content, SEO, and account teams to align link-building with broader marketing objectives.

Candidate Requirements

  • 4 to 6 years of SEO experience with a focus on off-site strategies and link acquisition.
  • Proven track record running outreach campaigns at scale and strong understanding of backlink quality and Google ranking factors.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, and Google Search Console; familiarity with link-building platforms like Pitchbox and Buzzstream is a plus.
  • Experience mentoring or managing team members and excellent written communication skills for outreach and relationship building.
