  • Strategic Ownership: Create actionable plans aligning with company growth goals, managing budgets, KPIs, and marketing performance.
  • Team Leadership: Build and mentor a specialized team and external partners to execute high-impact campaigns.
  • Channel Management: Hands-on management of Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max), Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram), Email/SMS marketing (Klaviyo/Attentive), affiliate and influencer programs, SEO, and emerging channels like TikTok and CTV.
  • Data & Analytics: Utilize GA4, Shopify, Looker Studio dashboards to track performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, MER, and LTV, fostering a test-and-learn culture.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Creative, and Merchandising teams to optimize campaigns, product launches, and customer journeys.

Qualifications & Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 7-15+ years in digital marketing leadership with high-growth consumer brands, managing budgets from $5M to $25M+ and scaling revenues into the 8-9 figure range.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficient with tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, Klaviyo, Shopify, GA4, Looker Studio, and Amazon Seller Central.
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional communication, project management, and ability to thrive in fast-paced, founder-led environments.
