SERoundtable reports a new bug affecting Google Business Profiles where review replies from business owners are not displaying when logged in, despite the replies still existing in the system. The issue seems to impact all profiles and is appearing across the Google Business Profiles Forums, with some users able to see their replies in incognito mode or when not logged in. Google Product Experts confirmed the bug is real and the company is aware, though the platform previously experienced similar review visibility issues that were subsequently resolved.
