About the Role

Core Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a coherent digital marketing strategy including budget allocation, channel selection, and success metrics.
- Lead targeted demand generation campaigns across diverse markets, industries, and geographies.
- Manage the full marketing conversion funnel with continuous optimization of campaign performance.
- Analyze competitor campaigns and market trends to inform strategy adjustments.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to maximize campaign impact.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in online marketing demand generation with a strong grasp of conversion rate optimization techniques.
- Expertise in multiple digital marketing channels: SEO, PPC, paid social, email marketing, re-marketing, and software review platforms.
- Advanced knowledge of Hubspot (reporting, workflows, forms) and Google Analytics for tracking and optimizing lead conversion.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data, statistics, and continuous improvement.
