- Website & Application Management: Oversee updates, technical SEO, performance optimization, and ensure seamless UX across platforms including CMS tools like WordPress and Sitefinity.
- Digital Marketing & Analytics: Manage Google PPC campaigns, implement tracking codes, analyze data with Google Analytics and Tag Manager, and optimize conversion rates via A/B testing and CRO methods.
- UX & Content Development: Conduct UX research using heatmaps and tools like Hotjar, collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging webpages, and utilize basic web development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for troubleshooting.
- Compliance & Automation: Ensure GDPR and CCPA compliance across platforms and manage marketing automation with platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Iterable.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- 5-8 years of proven digital marketing experience including SEO/SEM and PPC campaign management.
- Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and familiarity with UX/UI design and marketing automation tools.
