  • Website & Application Management: Oversee updates, technical SEO, performance optimization, and ensure seamless UX across platforms including CMS tools like WordPress and Sitefinity.
  • Digital Marketing & Analytics: Manage Google PPC campaigns, implement tracking codes, analyze data with Google Analytics and Tag Manager, and optimize conversion rates via A/B testing and CRO methods.
  • UX & Content Development: Conduct UX research using heatmaps and tools like Hotjar, collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging webpages, and utilize basic web development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for troubleshooting.
